I have taken a stone from a construction site in Bucharest at Revolution Square (Piața Revoluției) between the Memorial of Rebirth (Memorialul Renaşterii), the National Museum of Art of Romania and the Ministry of Interiors and I have asked to an engraving laboratory in Bucharest to do my personal gravestone.

Instead of the traditional name and surname I have been suggested to sculpt my website address so that the headstone is not anymore something that merely identifies a presence, but becomes a physical connection with the “future audience” and able to share specific information.

The numbers that identifies my year of birth and the starting numbers of the death’s date recalls the Romanian tradition (and of other eastern european cultures) of joining the name and dates of still living components of the family when starts to be realized the gravestone for one of the main figure of one family.
